The relationship with our pets is deeply strong and intimate, allowing us to connect with our own wild nature. I wish to express these emotional and sometimes mysterious bonds through my portraits.
Each of my paintings is the result of a sincere inspiration, a deep connection with the animal I paint. I particularly enjoy painting portraits of your pets.
You can order a portrait of your pet, your totem animal or simply your favourite animal. You may choose the technique (oil or pastel), the size, and also the framing (optional).
Your pet’s portrait is an original work of art. It reflects the unique relationship you have with your pet and will last forever. It is this intimate relationship that I wish to express in my pets’ portraits, and it is always a great emotion to see the look of your pet come to life on the canvas as I paint it.

Many of us feel a special bond with a totem animal. The portrait of a totem animal is a unique and original work of art that you can gift your loved ones or yourself.

Most of my paintings are sold with frame, I can also frame your custom-made orders.
I work with a craftsman who specialises in framing.
The framed and ready-to-hang painting is ideal for a gift.
Oil paint is very durable and can be kept in good condition for decades. On the other hand, the materials are expensive and the drying time is long, so this must be taken into account when ordering.
I use oil paint without abusing drying products and respecting the natural drying time between the successive layers.
It is the respect of these century-old rules that guarantees a perfect finish of the painting while ensuring its conservation in time.
Once finished, the paint must be varnished. Varnishing unifies its surface, makes it easier to clean, and enhances its colours and contrasts. However, it cannot be applied immediately after the work is completed. I recommend waiting at least 6 months before applying a finishing varnish.
Oil paintings do not need to be framed for transport.
However, I recommend the American box frame, which will complete the work with elegance and allow you to hang it as soon as you receive it.
I can advise you on the most suitable frame for your interior
Pastel paintinga is quicker to make and does not require drying time. However, it is fragile and it is essential to put the works under glass.
The fragility of pastel requires the respect of certain rules specific to this technique: distance.
Le pastel ne s’encadre pas comme une photo. Le contact direct avec la vitre le dégraderait: un espace est à prévoir entre l’œuvre et la vitre.
I entrust all the pastels I make to a professional craftsman who knows how to frame them. For reasons of transport, fragility and weight, I have chosen to frame the pastels in plexiglas.
Contrary to what you might think, the price is higher than glass, but the advantages are decisive. The transparency is the same as glass.
If you have a reliable framer I can send you the pastels in cardboard cover, protected by a crystal paper, but it is imperative to put them under glass as soon as you receive them.
The support I use is a special paper for dry pastels, which cannot be left in the open air because it would absorb dust. Moreover, rubbing is harmful to the pastel.
